Hi Pack 116 Families! Here is your quick round-up of everything happening in Pack 116—from voting on our new pack shirts to popcorn rewards, community service, and upcoming meetings!

👕 1. Vote & Order Your Pack T-Shirts! (Free Shirt for Scouts)

We have 2 awesome t-shirt design options this year! When you visit the signup link, please vote for your favorite design AND place your shirt orders.

• 🗳️ Vote & Order: Every registered scout receives one FREE short-sleeved t-shirt! Additional short-sleeve, long-sleeve, and hoodie options are available for parents and siblings (charged to scout accounts this fall once bulk pricing is finalized).

• ⏰ Deadline: Please vote and submit your shirt sizes no later than Wednesday, September 2nd at pack116.org/shirt-signup.

🍿 2. Popcorn Fundraiser: Cubmaster’s Challenge!

Popcorn sales fund scout dues, camping trips, and pack activities! 73% of all sales stay in local scouting.

• 📱 Get Started: Download the Trails End App and register your scout using Unit Code: XRG83. (Tip: Set up multi-factor authentication in settings for easy sign-ins).

• 🏪 Sign Up for Shifts: Shifts are live in the app for high-traffic locations (like downtown Noblesville & Westfield H&R Block). First shift of the day picks up the booth setup from the Hamiltons' porch (17451 Natchez Ct); last shift drops it off!

• 💬 Pro Tip: Teach your scout to ask: "Would you like to support scouting?" instead of "Would you like to buy popcorn?"

🏆 Cubmaster’s Challenge: We challenge every family to sign up for at least 2 storefront shifts!

🎉 Pack Reward Tiers:

• 🧗 $10,000 in sales: Pack Indoor Climbing Event @ Camp Belzer

• 🛷 $20,000 in sales: Pack Snow Tubing Party @ Koteewi Park

• 🤸 $30,000 in sales: Pack Party @ Urban Air!

(Scouts earn individual rewards too: 2 shifts = October prize; $600 = paid pack dues + $25 Amazon gift card; $1,500 = $150 in gift cards + summer camp free slushie mug & patch!)

🤝 3. Community Relief: Furniture Drive for Flooded Families

Axel’s dad, Nate, is opening up his barn to collect and store furniture donations for local Riverwood families impacted by recent flooding.

• 🛋️ Items Needed: Gently used or new dressers, tables, chairs, couches, CLEAN mattresses (Queen, Full, Twin), bed frames, bookshelves, and plastic mattress covers.

• 📞 How to Help: To donate items or volunteer to help organize/coordinate drop-offs, please text Kelly at (402) 953-6640 or Nate at (402) 983-6744.

⚾ 4. Indy Indians Scout Night (Friday, August 28)

Join Scouts from across Central Indiana at Victory Field! Andrew Flowers is spearheading this event for our pack.

• 🎟️ Tickets: Purchase Tickets Here ($15.55 lawn tickets include a commemorative patch).

Join our virtual monthly committee meetings to help plan upcoming den meetings, campouts, and activities!
