September 1st Reminders

Here is your quick reminder update for tonight's meeting and a few important action items for the week:

 1. Tonight’s Den Meeting: Outdoor Adventure - BRING A WATER BOTTLE

• When: Tuesday, September 1st from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

• Where: Forest Park, Shelter 2

• What to Bring: Please make sure your scout brings a filled water bottle and wears comfortable outdoor shoes! Dens will be working on their Outdoor Adventure rank requirements tonight.

 2. T-Shirt Orders & Design Vote Due TOMORROW!

• Deadline: Wednesday, September 2nd

• Action Required: Every registered scout receives one FREE short-sleeved t-shirt, but you MUST submit the form to select your scout's size and vote for your favorite design option!

• Link: Complete your form right now at pack116.org/shirt-signup. (Additional short-sleeve, long-sleeve, and hoodie options are available for parents and siblings).

 3. Popcorn Sales: Sign Up for Shifts or Start Wagon Sales!

• Storefront Shifts: Log into the Trails End App (Unit Code: XRG83) and claim your storefront shifts! We still need coverage to reach our $10k, $20k, and $30k pack party goals.

• Wagon Sales: Prefer selling on your own schedule? Wagon sales around your neighborhood or to family and coworkers are a fantastic way to hit your scout's sales targets!

• Cubmaster Challenge: Remember, we challenge every family to complete at least 2 storefront shifts (or equivalent wagon/online sales)!

 4. Pack Creek Stomp (Tuesday, September 15)

• When: Tuesday, September 15th from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

• Where: Flowing Well Park, Carmel

• Details: We have awesome hands-on stations planned, including a Nature Scavenger Hunt, the Great Twig & Bark Regatta, and Stream Engineering! Mark your calendars—more gear tips coming next week.

 5. FREE Fall Family Campout: Location Announced!

• When: September 25–27

• Where: Camp Cullom in Frankfort, IN!

• Details: We are excited to head to Camp Cullom for a weekend of camping, hikes, and outdoor fun. This event is completely FREE for Pack 116 families. Full registration details and schedule will be released very soon!
