We have an incredible month of adventure ahead, and we want to share that excitement with our community!
For our next two Pack meetings, we are opening our doors to friends, neighbors, and classmates. Scouting is always better with a friend by your side, and these two events are the perfect "test drive" for anyone curious about joining the fun. Any scout who gets someone to join the pack will earn the "Recruiter" patch for their uniform!
I have attached two flyers to this email. Please feel free to print these out for your Scout to hand to a friend at school, or simply text the image to a parent you know!
Here is the lineup for the coming weeks:
Location: Hazel Dell Elementary | Time: 6:30 – 8:00 PM It’s "Mar-10" Day! | We’re celebrating with a night of gaming and activities.
The Main Event: A giant Mario Kart Tournament on the big projection screen!
More Fun: Mario Legos, Hot Wheels tracks, Yoshi’s Egg Relays, and Balloon Battles.
Invite a Friend: This is a high-energy night that is perfect for guests.
Location: Second Presbyterian Church (Indy) | If your car was a top 4 finisher at our Pack Derby (or if you just want to see the fastest cars in the district!), come join us.

Location: Camp Belzer Innovation Center | Time: 6:00 – 8:00 PM | We are heading to the state-of-the-art climbing facility at Camp Belzer.
The Adventure: Indoor rock climbing and bouldering for all skill levels.
Fuel Provided: We will provide a light dinner, snacks, and drinks for everyone!

April 14: Group Den Meeting (All Dens) – Location & Activity TBD
April 24-26: Spring Campout @ White River Campground
(Save the date for our free family outdoor overnight!)
May 16: Pack Graduation
Summer camp is the highlight of the Scouting year, and we strongly encourage ALL scouts to plan to attend. Expect to receive detailed communication from our Pack Summer Camp Coordinator, Brian Davenport, this weekend regarding registration.
As you begin to plan, here is how the sessions typically work:
Lions & Tigers (Current): Generally attend Day Camp (Monday–Friday).
All Other Ranks: Generally attend the Pack Overnight Camp (Friday–Sunday).
Parents: We love having parents join us at camp whenever possible!
We are committed to making Pack 116 a place where all are welcome. We can’t wait to see some new faces and see our Scouts showing their friends what we’re all about!
